Your mission

We’re looking for a Level 1-2 Service Desk Support Technician to help our customers resolve their IT incidents and requests. You will be on the front line to provide efficient support and ensure an optimal user experience.

Your responsibilities

  • Technical support & assistance: answering end-user calls, assessing and documenting incidents.
  • Request and incident management: resolve level 1 and 2 support tickets independently or through escalation.
  • On-site intervention: perform actions requiring travel to the customer’s premises.
  • Documentation & continuous improvement: maintain an up-to-date knowledge base with resolutions and procedures.
  • Communication & customer satisfaction: keep users informed of incident developments and ensure effective follow-up.
  • Technology watch: keep abreast of developments in Microsoft and other key technologies to optimize support.

Your profile

  • Experience: proven experience in level 1 and 2 technical support
  • Technical skills: Windows operating systems, basic networking & connectivity.
  • Languages: fluent French, English B1 minimum.
  • Soft skills: customer service orientation, autonomy, stress and priority management.

System and Network Administrator Level 3

Your mission

We’re looking for an experienced Network Administrator to manage, secure and optimize our customers’ network and cloud infrastructures. You will be responsible for administering Fortinet equipment, Azure networks, and supervising security.

Your responsibilities

  • Network & security administration: advanced management of Fortinet & Unifi equipment, implementation of security policies, BGP/Static routing.
  • Cloud infrastructure: configuring and securing VNet, VPN, Azure Firewall, Load Balancer, NSG.
  • Supervision & optimization: performance monitoring, vulnerability management and infrastructure enhancement.
  • Support & documentation: N2/N3 intervention, team coaching, configuration writing.

Your profile

  • Experience: 3 to 5 years in a similar role.
  • Technical skills: Fortinet (NSE 4+), Azure (AZ-104, AZ-700), BGP routing, network security, VLAN, VPN (IPSec/SSL).
  • Languages: French (fluent), technical English.
  • Soft skills: analytical skills, autonomy, multi-project management.

We are looking for a Microsoft/M365 Level N3 Specialist to support our customers in the advanced management of their Microsoft environments. You will be responsible for level 3 support, administration of Microsoft 365 services and securing infrastructures.

Your responsibilities

  • Support & technical expertise: respond to complex incidents, analyze and resolve level 3 requests on the Microsoft 365 and Windows Server environment.
  • Administration & optimization: manage Microsoft 365 services (Exchange, Intune, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) and ensure their security.
  • Infrastructure management: maintain and optimize Active Directory, Azure AD, Group Policies and hybrid identity solutions.
  • Supervision & documentation: keep configurations up to date, document incidents and best practices.
  • Customer relations & continuous improvement: advising users, optimizing processes and ensuring proactive follow-up.
  • Technology watch: keep abreast of Microsoft developments to guarantee up-to-date expertise.

Your profile

  • Experience: minimum 3 years in administration and support of Microsoft 365 and Windows Server technologies.
  • Technical skills: Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Intune, Teams), Windows Server, Azure AD, PowerShell, Microsoft security.
  • Languages: fluent French, English B1 minimum.
